Using this site

By browsing or ordering from KoYvy you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the shop.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel an affected order with a full refund. An order is confirmed once payment is captured and you receive a confirmation email.

Custom work

Custom and personalized pieces are produced from the details you approve, are final sale, and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or differ from the approved proof.

Artwork and intellectual property

All KoYvy designs, photography and text are our property. You may not resell, redistribute or reproduce our artwork, including for print-on-demand, without written permission.

Product use

Wall decals are designed for smooth, fully cured painted surfaces. We cannot be responsible for damage to textured, freshly painted, wallpapered or delicate surfaces. Always test in an inconspicuous spot first.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the shop grows. The version posted at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
