Your name, email, shipping address and order details when you buy something; your email if you subscribe to our list; and whatever you choose to include in a message to us. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored by KoYvy.

Why we collect it

To take payment, ship your order, answer your questions, and — only if you opted in — send occasional emails about new designs and restocks.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make the shop work: our store and payment platform, and shipping carriers. We never sell your information.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep your cart working and basic analytics to understand which pages people find useful. You can block cookies in your browser; the cart may not work if you do.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time from the link in any email, and you can ask us to correct or delete your information by emailing katrav89@gmail.com. We keep order records as long as tax rules require.

Children

Our shop is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
