Shipping and returns

Small shop, careful packing. Here is exactly what to expect after you order.

Processing: 1–2 business days
US delivery: 3–5 business days
Free shipping: Orders over $35
Returns: 30 days, unused

Processing and dispatch

Every order is packed by hand in the studio. Most leave within 1–2 business days; custom and large decal orders can take up to 5 business days, and we will always tell you if that is the case. You will get a tracking email as soon as your parcel is scanned.

Rates

US standard: $4.95, free on orders over $35
US expedited: $12.95, 2–3 business days
Canada: $11.95, 7–14 business days
Rest of world: calculated at checkout, 10–21 business days

International duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns and exchanges

Changed your mind? Email us within 30 days of delivery and send the item back unused and in its original packaging for a refund to your original payment method. Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Custom and personalized pieces are final sale.

Damaged or missing orders

If something arrives damaged, send a photo within 14 days and we will replace it free. If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, contact us and we will open a claim and reship.
