Shipping and returns

Small shop, careful packing. Here is exactly what to expect after you order.

Made to order: 2–5 business days
US delivery: 3–5 business days
Free shipping: All wall decals
Returns: All sales final

Made to order

Nothing sits in a warehouse — every piece is printed for you after you order. Printing and packing usually takes 2–5 business days, and delivery time is added on top of that. Custom and large decal orders can take a little longer, and we will always tell you if that is the case. You will get a tracking email as soon as your parcel is scanned.

Rates

Wall decals: free US shipping, always
Everything else (mugs, tees, posters, bags and more): shipping is calculated at checkout based on your items

Faster shipping speeds up delivery, not the printing time. We currently ship within the United States only.

No returns or exchanges

Every KoYvy item is printed on demand just for you, so all sales are final — we cannot accept returns or exchanges, including for change of mind or wrong size. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, we will replace it free (see below).

Damaged or missing orders

If something arrives damaged, send a photo within 14 days and we will replace it free. If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, contact us and we will open a claim and reship.
